I partnered with Insoles.com, a Minnesota-based retailer, to completely redesign their online store with a focus on enhancing the user experience and modernizing the visual appeal. My work began with detailed wireframing to map out the customer journey, followed by the creation of a cohesive design system in Figma to ensure scalability and consistency. I applied this system across all critical areas of the responsive site—including the homepage, main section pages, search results, the product detail page, and the entire checkout flow. A key feature I designed was a custom diagnostic tool to help users easily find the perfect insole for their specific needs, ensuring a tailored experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
