This project involved the complete design and development of a responsive mobile-first website for PIMSA, an insurance company serving both corporate and individual clients with a diverse portfolio of services.
The Challenge
PIMSA needed a digital presence that could effectively communicate its range of specialized insurance solutions—from corporate risk management to individual health plans—to distinct user groups on a small screen. The key challenge was to create an intuitive user experience (UX) that efficiently guided different customer types to the relevant information while ensuring a seamless lead generation process.
The Solution: A Responsive & Optimized Platform
I designed a clear, accessible mobile website focused on user-centric navigation. The design prioritized:
Clarity: Establishing distinct pathways for corporate and individual customers.
Accessibility: Ensuring the experience is smooth and readable across all modern mobile devices.
Conversion: Optimizing key pages and calls-to-action for lead capture.
Design & Development Pipeline
This project moved from concept to deployment using a robust and modern workflow:
Design: The initial visual and structural design was created in Figma. I leveraged the Relume library to accelerate the design process and ensure adherence to best practices for responsive layouts and Webflow development.
Development: The final responsive website was built in Webflow, ensuring clean code, high performance, and ease of future content management for the client.
Integration: The core functionality of the site is its lead management integration. The contact and quote request forms were engineered to directly communicate with the PIMSA application, automatically managing and distributing new leads to the sales team for prompt follow-up.
Key Technical Achievements: Figma Design, Relume Toolkit, Webflow Development, Fully Responsive.
