My collaboration with Travelstride focused on optimizing core conversion elements and launching a new revenue stream. Working closely with their internal team, I redesigned the site’s critical “hero” section, leading to a remarkable 3x increase in clicks on the main search bar. This project also involved designing a new, user-centric flow for emerging AI functions and a custom booking experience, ensuring the platform remained modern and competitive. By focusing on clarity and persuasive microcopy, I was able to direct user attention and streamline the initial phase of the booking journey.

In addition to the UX redesign, I spearheaded the introduction of a new product: Gift Cards. Acting as the Art Director, I defined the entire visual identity for this offering, selecting the art, color palettes, and overall aesthetic for the cards themselves. I then designed and built the dedicated landing page for the gift cards and mapped out the complete customer experience—from the acquisition flow to the process of seamlessly redeeming the cards on the Travelstride platform.
